From phone photos to a finished record
Three steps. You stay in control of every word — the AI organizes, you review, and only then do you pay.
Photograph
Choose Home / Property or Vehicle, then pick a post-storm record or a pre-storm baseline. A guided checklist tells you exactly which angles to capture — up to 10 photos. Never climb onto a roof.
AI organizes
AI reviews each photo, describes visible conditions in careful language, and maps what it sees to each area. Photos that are too dark, blurry, or distant are honestly marked "Unable to assess — image unclear or insufficient."
FREEYou review, then PDF
Confirm or correct every area — your review is the report. One $39 payment unlocks the finalized, timestamped PDF with annotated photos, a photo log, and the full scope statement.

FAQ
Is this an inspection?
No. StormFile is a photographic condition record prepared solely from the images you provide. It is not a professional inspection, engineering evaluation, or determination of insurance coverage, causation, or repair scope, and it doesn't replace a licensed adjuster, contractor, or engineer.
Will my insurance company accept the report?
That's the insurer's decision, not ours — we never promise claim acceptance. The report is designed as supporting documentation: timestamped, structured, and limited to what is visible in your photos, which is exactly what adjusters ask homeowners to provide after a storm.
Does StormFile decide what caused the damage?
No. The report describes visible conditions in careful language — "potential impact mark," "consistent with hail impact — verify in person" — and never states what caused anything. Causation is outside the scope of a photographic record.
What if some of my photos are bad?
Then the report says so. Any image or area that can't support an observation is marked "Unable to assess — image unclear or insufficient," with the reason (too dark, too distant, glare, and so on). The report never guesses from a bad photo.
What does it cost?
Photo analysis and your review are free. The finalized PDF report is a one-time $39 payment per report, through secure Stripe checkout. Card details never touch StormFile.
Can I document my property before storm season?
Yes — choose the pre-storm baseline record type. It documents visible conditions as a dated starting point you can compare against after a storm.
What if I lose my report or switch devices?
Every report has a resume code. Enter it on the My reports tab from any device to pick up where you left off. Paid reports stay unlocked and can be re-downloaded any time.
Can I delete my report?
Yes. The ✕ button on any report in My reports permanently deletes it from your device and from our servers — photos included. Paid reports can't be recovered after deletion.
